What Have You Learnt from America's Next Top Model?

Several months ago I happened to watch America's Next Top Model show in my friend's house and from then on, I was obsessed.

This America's Next Top Model show records how a every-day young girl transfers into a potentially fierce supermodel. An excellent model should have both inner beauty and outer beauty. The girls have test every week which determines who can make the cut. These competition tests these young girls in the aspects from runway walking to improvisational acting, to photo shoot and so on. And all young girls are under 24-hour observation. In each episode, there are several honored guests participate in the judging and one contestant will be eliminated. That is exactly "the survival of the fittest".

From this America's Next Top Model show, you will learn a lot. You will know that it needs a series of hard training to become a model. You will know that in a contest it is not your outer beauty make you win but more important your potential and charismatic personality as well. What's more, person who makes a success is the one who sees his goal steadily and aims for it unswervingly. Or, you will like one of the contestant Elesy, who is the most potential and probably to win but failed because of her uncertain aim. She had no clear and firm mental attitude, and of course she was eliminated finally.

America's Next Top Model Seasons also tell us many life truths. Whenever you choose whatever as your career, you have to get ready for all the frustration. Do not retreat before the difficulties but try your best to conquer them. Remember one more important point --- everyone must be confident. It is confidence that makes you beautiful but not your outer appearance.
